Scarlett Johansson claims Hollywood’s industry is much complicated for women than for men. The 23-year-old spoke with Hello! magazine about how difficult is for women to find better roles, specially when aging. "Acting is definitely harder for women. Women kind of wilt as men sort of achieve as they get older, like wine or whatever. It''s like, ''Oh, she''s past her prime and she can''t play a sex symbol.''
